I bought this system a few months ago. I first bought two other systems which arrived with problems and had to send them back for a refund. After doing a little research I bought this system for my small business. I unboxed the unit and tested it at home before taking it to the office for installation. Before installing I decided to buy a new Wi-Fi router which was a pretty perfect upgrade from what I already had, installed Wi-Fi extenders where the Wi-Fi signal was weak and tested the system and all the cameras to make sure everything is working properly and recording. Once I became familiar with the system, it was easy to set up and install at the company. The device is installed on the second floor and the cameras on the first floor to the back of the building continue to work without any problems. I didn't have to use the extended antennas that came with the kit. I had questions for the company. I needed help to get the system to show up on my computer screen. Tech support sent a link to download the software along with setup instructions. I clicked the link, downloaded the software, followed the installation instructions and all the cameras appeared on our computer screen. The 3TB hard drive gives my business 30 days of recording, which is better than we expected. All 8 cameras are set to record 24/7. This is a great buy for the money.
