Very easy to install and operate. True plug and play technology, a QR code appeared on the monitor to download the phone APP and launched it within five minutes after unpacking the device. Very impressed with the night vision in total darkness. The picture quality is much better than other systems I've had. I have a brick house and I'm having trouble with one of my cameras with a weak signal, so sometimes I can see this image.

I've had this security system for 2 months now and it works great. If you need notifications when the device is off or motion is detected you can easily set it up, it can be set to email you when an alert occurs or you via the ip-pro app notified to send pop-up notifications. This is really very helpful. Only you have to spend a few hours setting it up the way you want (it took me about 2 hours). I also use the option to connect one camera over another and it works.

Good things:1. It's easy to set up. Plug in the power and it works fine.2. Easy connection to internet and phone. Quickly. The communication is stable.3. Video quality is good.4. Technical support is good. My questions were answered promptly. Bad things: 1. sometimes a little delay. But not a big problem.2. The range depends on the walls. But this is normal for a wireless system. You may need my wireless signal extender.

I ordered the security system on February 1st, 2019 but didn't install it until April 13th. The system is a Hiseeu with 8 1080P cameras and a 3TB hard drive. The system worked flawlessly right from the start. The video is clear with great colors. The night vision of these cameras is fantastic. This is a very good system at a good price. As this is an 8 camera system it took quite a long time to install. I highly recommend downloading the IP Pro app to have handy when fixing cameras during installation. The app isn't that great and crashes from time to time, but it works. I had problems with a camera's night vision display, contacted the seller and they promptly sent me a replacement. I've been using the Hiseeu 8 camera system for a few years now. I've been struggling with this since the day I first installed it. Your radio signal is completely unreliable, fluctuating from 2 bars to zero and then back to 2 bars, although nothing has changed. Very often the system does not display an image even if the signal level shows 3 out of 4 bars. Okay, this product works as advertised. Performance issue when using more than 5 wireless cameras as the video streams become severely laggy and unusable afterwards. Be careful that this DVR can send videos to your phone or send you email alerts due to motion detection. etc., you need to connect to the router with a wired Ethernet cable.
