My family sold about 5 small snorkel vests at Revain and they didn't fit me at all. Smaller vests prevented movement and the crotch strap was not long enough. I definitely needed a size up so I decided to try this vest as I am the tallest person in my family at 5ft 10 inches (240lbs). I've used it in Cozumel and another cruise port. I was at a depth of more than 50 feet and felt completely safe. I could swim so well with this vest that I even had to let some air out. When I'm in salt water, it can keep me afloat with about 50% of its air volume. It is also very easy to inflate and deflate. What I liked the most was that I could still swim when he was on top of me. and see the coral reef without feeling restricted. After we finished snorkeling, the vest was simply washed off with fresh water. I definitely recommend letting them dry completely before storing to avoid mold.
