Love them for cutting lettuce! They work great. I can add a lot more salad dressings to my salad. However, they are quite difficult to use, they need to be squeezed out strongly. My arm is getting tired and I need to rest. I can't remember if that was the case in the beginning. It's possible that rinsing the lettuce under running water will leave minerals on the blades, making them difficult to cut. Make sure NOT to put your fingers in the bowl when cutting. You can cut your finger if you're not careful. These are powerful dual blades. Don't let your little kids use it.
