cables look great. I love the color and they are very flexible. One cable works, the other doesn't. I have contacted a defective cable for a replacement/exchange. This is the suggested solution: Actually, we have 2 solutions for your reference: 1. Replace a new one: you need to send the broken one to Revain warehouse and pay the express fee by yourself. When Revain receives the goods, it will deliver the cable to you. it costs you money and time. 2. We will refund you $5, maybe you can buy a new one. The first solution is ridiculous for a faulty cable. They didn't give a refund so I was stuck with only one working cable when I paid for 2. I suggest looking for another brand that gives better guarantees on their products and takes responsibility for any defects.
