I've always had sparse, baby-like, fine hair with a big swirl at the back. It has thinned with age and the swirl looks like a gaping bald spot if I don't style it properly. When it comes to my hair, I'm a product/tool fanatic because I'm so jealous of voluminous, thick hair. I've tried pretty much everything and found this to work better than any product or tool I've ever tried and it's consistent. I can use the volume spray and get results from time to time, but I've never found anything that gives such instant results. It's easy to overdo it or just get it wrong and end up looking flat on top and puffy on the sides, so I recommend watching a YouTube video on using small volume curlers before doing it yourself. There are several other similar products on the market that I have tried and have all liked equally. However, only 1/4 of the price. This has greatly increased the time I spend on my hair every day, but the result is so amazing that I am willing to put in the time (15-20 minutes). I also use Conair's InifinitiPro, a hot air brush that adds volume and shine (it's a round brush/straightener/dryer/time saver/cabin blower combo) β highly recommend.
