The best thing about mission is that it gives you all of your required information in one place so there's no need to go searching for things or looking through folders! It also makes creating an employee handbook very easy as well because everything can be done within this platform alone rather than having multiple files scattered everywhere with different formatting requirements etc (which was my biggest problem when I used other platforms).
There are some minor glitches here &there which make me feel like they could use work but overall not bad at $10/month per user. If someone has never worked wtihout using another tool before then definitely try out their free trial first just incase something pops up during usage - otherwise its worth every penny!!
