I like that you can create your own profile with pictures/videos to be able share it later if needed! Also there is an option for video calls which makes meeting new people easier than text only chat or emailing them directly in person (which isn't always possible). Sometimes when creating profiles we cannot find our desired information so its better just fill everything out then add more as required once connected instead of having 2 separate accounts where both are empty at first try…

I like how well they treat all their employees (even the ones who work remotely). The benefits are really good as far as medical insurance is concerned but everything else can be improved upon. They could also do more to promote the vacation policy; currently it's only mentioned once in an employee handbook that goes unread most of the time. The best thing about mission is that it gives you all of your required information in one place so there's no need to go searching for things or looking through folders! It also makes creating an employee handbook very easy as well because everything can be done within this platform alone rather than having multiple files scattered everywhere with different formatting requirements etc (which was my biggest problem when I used other platforms).
