Just opened the box to check my dimmable bulbs. The packaging says it can be dimmed but there are no instructions and/or options on the cord to dim it. Very disappointed at the moment. I could buy a cheaper lighting kit if I knew they weren't dimmable. I have emailed Banord and will proceed. FOLLOW UP. Received message from company. You need to buy a separate dimmer. Just a suggestion, you might want to mention this for those of us who aren't lighting experts. FOLLOW-UP Pt 2 They apologized for the confusion and said they would send me a dimmer for the kit. I am very satisfied with the communication with the company. NEXT FOLLOWING. Although communication was good, they failed to deliver on the dimmer promise. I went and bought one from Lowes.
