Good you know what they are talking about. Product received well packaged. This is a very stylish toaster made from pure shiny stainless steel. on both sides. A simple digital display makes it easy to set the desired function and set up the toaster. But as stated in the manual, the sides get hot, *very* hot in my opinion. It's not the cool-feeling toaster that the description doesn't claim. However, I miss the coolness when touching it as an important feature. All in all you get a quality product that is as described and serves its purpose well. Toasting along with additional features. Toaster, I would not recommend this one. However, if you have the space and don't have small children to burn themselves touching, this might suit you. I'm rating it 4 because it fits the description and can work really well for some, but I can't give the highest rating due to the very hot sides when using it.
