Review on NIVEA Butter Loose Vanilla Macadamia by Aneta Krawczyk ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

An ideal product for any type of consumer.

My discovery of the Nivea Macadamia and Vanilla Lip Oil was just coincidental; I happened upon it when I was waiting in line at the cash register of a beauty supply store (after all, the marketing trick worked). My lips are difficult and frequently dry, thus I have a lot of lip care items in my collection. The lip oil comes in a spherical metal jar that is comfortable to hold in one's hands, but in order to open the jar, one needs to have extraordinary skills and capabilities: at first, it is extremely challenging to lift up the cap. Although at this point, after a little less than half a year of use, I have developed this incredible expertise, and I am now able to deal with a recalcitrant lid without causing damage to my nails or nerves. Because the product is packaged in a jar, you can apply the oil to your lips in one of three ways: with your fingertips, with a brush, or by touching the oil directly to your lips while it is still in the jar. Because of the packaging, I can only use it in the comfort of my own house, and I apply it with my fingertips. The oil has a balsamic consistency, which is rather delicious, and it moves quite easily on the lips. The aroma is pleasant and reminds one of vanilla and walnuts. Although I find the scent to be pleasant, I cannot say for certain that others will not find it to be overpowering. Regarding the characteristics of caring, it is not reasonable to anticipate salvation in the most dire of circumstances, such as when one's lips have been cracked open and blood has spilled out. There is also no effect that builds up over time. I only need the skin on my lips to be gently pliable and that's plenty for me. I take it either in the morning or before going to bed. Because there is as much as 16.7 grams or 19 milliliters of oil in a jar, this supply will endure for a significant amount of time despite the low rate of use. To summarize, the Nivea Macadamia Nut and Vanilla lip oil was one of my favorites, and I believe that when the one I currently have runs out, I will replace it with an oil from the same series, but one with a different flavor.

Pros
  • Lips are left feeling softer, the product is inexpensive, it has a large volume, and it doesn't cost much to use.
Cons
  • The top is difficult to remove.
