Review on PointClickCare Senior Living Platform by Miro Dadee

The best thing about this program is that it has been easy to implement in our organization, as well as user-friendly for residents/family members who are not tech savvy! I wish there was more customization of features available but overall we have had no issues with implementation or use so far!! It's hard sometimes getting staff trained because they don't know how much information you can access from your computer screen vs what comes out through phone calls etc., which makes tracking progress difficult at times (especially when trying new things). We're able track all resident care plans daily - including medications administered by nursing assistants & nurses throughout day via electronic medical records system. This helps us make sure everyone knows where each patient stands relative their plan(s) every single shift.
