The best thing about this program is that it has been easy to implement in our organization, as well as user-friendly for residents/family members who are not tech savvy! This platform helps us to have all our care plans in one place, easy access for everyone involved (staff/ family), it makes tasks easier with automatic reminders etc so that we can focus more effectively doing what needs done!The only thing I dislike is having two different software platforms - One being PCL which doesn't integrate well into other systems such as CareCloud or eRehab but there's an update coming soon hopefully this will be fixed? The ease of use is very intuitive, it has all aspects that my facility needs to be able run efficiently in regards with senior living care management as well compliance issues for state licensing requirements such as HIPAA etc.. Great to have all care services in one system, allows for more efficient communication between different agencies/employers of staff members with varying backgrounds! It's not easy or fast enough at this time that I would like it when using mobile devices only as we are moving into an era where everything is done from anywhere (mobile) so speed matters greatly!!
