Review on PointClickCare Senior Living Platform by Mondreka Rosenhoover

This platform helps us to have all our care plans in one place, easy access for everyone involved (staff/ family), it makes tasks easier with automatic reminders etc so that we can focus more effectively doing what needs done!The only thing I dislike is having two different software platforms - One being PCL which doesn't integrate well into other systems such as CareCloud or eRehab but there's an update coming soon hopefully this will be fixed? Overall great product though not much at present time has been implemented by me and my staff yet however when they do come out i'm sure its going ot make life even better than before!! I like the ease of use and the fact that I can access the info I need when I need it. I dislike that it is a little bit slow to load and that sometimes I have to refresh to see changes I have made. I would recommend this product to a friend. I am solving problems of my clients to make their lives easier and more efficient. I am able to pull all of the info I need into one place. That is a huge time saver.
