Review on PointClickCare Senior Living Platform by Jesse Azuse

Great to have all care services in one system, allows for more efficient communication between different agencies/employers of staff members with varying backgrounds! It's not easy or fast enough at this time that I would like it when using mobile devices only as we are moving into an era where everything is done from anywhere (mobile) so speed matters greatly!! So far no complaints about PCC platform but there will always be something wrong somewhere even if you do look very hard & try your best :) At least now they know what their customers want most which was integration across vendors systems such as electronic medical records etc., allowing seamless transferrable data throughout our organization has been key issue addressed by pointclickcare team over last year-2yrs ago! Our senior living community requires many providers including doctors offices nurses home health aides dietitians social workers physical therapists occupational therapist psychologists speech.
