Update June 25, 2017: Finally the heel pops in a sock. So a little over 9 months until that happens. Although all other socks are in good condition. These socks made a lasting impression on me. I have to say right away that I am a UPS driver and am on my feet 10-12 hours a day. Sometimes I blow through my socks for weeks. That's why I was looking for socks that can withstand a lot and are still comfortable. These socks are without a doubt the best socks I have ever owned. They are dense but not too thick. More like a compression stocking that provides much needed support. They are warm and don't sweat your feet. The best thing is that they last a long time and are still in great shape even after 5 months. Which is very impressive for me and my work. I will never buy any other type of socks again. Received them early September 2016, now early February and they are still in great condition. The two things that usually cause all previous socks to fail and tear are my stiff heels which can get pretty calloused. This causes the heel of the toe to crack. Another problem was that sometimes uncut toenails would snag internal tissues and cause slight stretching, eventually leading to toe failure. None of that happened with these wonderful socks. I can't tell you how happy I was with them. Highly recommended.
