This was my first fridge/pantry organizer set. I moved it because I couldn't think of a bunch of transparent boxes that would actually organize anything. I always thought it would just take up more space. After that I think. 1) It forces you to take everything out so you know what's actually in your fridge/pantry. I have to admit - I found things that expired 2 years ago. Not to mention the many open packets of crackers/snacks/chocolate stuffed in there. In addition, every time we need to put something in or take something out, we can easily take out the basket (this way we remember what's there and don't lose it in the abyss). 2) It folds up so things that would take up an entire shelf only take up half the shelf. Double your storage space! The only complaint is that it is very addictive. I thought 6 would be enough, but that's enough for starters. I have to order more! I NEED more to organize the third shelf of the fridge, the top shelf of the pantry. I didn't even think about the freezer. MUORREEEEEEEEEEE!
