Length not as expected

The chain was actually good, but I ordered an 18" chain and got a 16". If it wasn't for that I would have given more stars, don't know if they just sent me the wrong length or what because the packaging said 18 inches.

Excellent value for money and quality

Cons

Make sure you open it and check if the necklace is in the pouch. My cloth bag was empty and in a sealed plastic bag.
