So this is my first time buying a kettle and I love it. I love that it can work with both tea bags and loose tea in the brewer. The small handle for removing the tea infuser doesn't really get too hot after the tea is brewed, so you can easily remove the tea without over-boiling it, causing your drink to become too strong. At first I thought the Keep Warm feature wasn't working, but after playing around with it a bit I figured out how to get it to work. You can select the keep warm function and then the temperature. You want it to warm up, then press START to make it work. Or you can press Tempo. You want, then the keep warm button, then the start button, and it still works for 30 minutes. Tempo. The selected button will flash and the water will start heating until it reaches the desired temperature. After it reaches this temperature, it will stop flashing and stay on intermittently for 30 minutes, it will start heating again and then stop when ready. He does this several times in the 30 minutes he keeps as warm. It's not entirely clear in the instructions that you have to press the start button after choosing the temperature and pressing the keep warm button, but once you get the hang of it everything works great.
