She lay in my box for 8 months (until today). When I started curling, I really liked that the curl gently glides over the curling iron and the hair does not burn much thanks to the ceramic coating. I was happy for exactly 10 minutes, because after that the curling iron simply turned off and does not react to anything else. I'm even half a head did not have time to curl. Well, at least my old Chinese curling iron came to my rescue, which is already 15 years old, to replace which I bought a curling iron from Redmond and which let me down so much. By the way, we also had a teapot from this company, but it also had a factory defect. Tomorrow I'm going to take the curling iron back to the store, I hope that they will return the money to me. I do not recommend the product, I will not take the product from this manufacturer again. Disappointed. I supplement after warranty repair: the control board was replaced. All owners whose curling iron worked and broke down - 99% chance that it was the control board that broke. I hope that my curling iron will last a long time. As long as it works properly.
