Review on WANFAN Kitchen Sink Faucet with Pull-Down Sprayer and 2-Handle Design Including Water Filter Purifier - Brushed Nickel Finish 0195SN by James Hova

Nice but wish the unit was easier to use, leaking at all ports.

the company says to send a photo to the email but there is no way to do it. We don't even have her email. The copper supply line is leaking from below and a cable in a steel mesh on the valve was leaking from above, it had to be replaced. I replaced everything but I still see a leak inside the case see photo. If I don't disassemble it I won't be able to fix this leak. Waiting for replacement. I pray this one has good solder joints or it will leak too. I really wanted one with combined filtered water, but I'm starting to think that's not going to happen. It's nice, but it's hard to fix a leak and very hard to take it out or tighten when you need to adjust it. Once it is, it is very difficult to change. The components are all great quality and the threaded parts underneath seem like an upgrade, but when you have to remove them it can be very difficult. It uses a thin threaded nut that cannot be loosened or tightened after installation. I put it on before installing the sink but then it turned and there is little information in the instructions. Also, the water lines were slow to leak and very difficult to tighten once installed. I tried to pull it out but the ring nut got stuck. It was very uncomfortable. And you can't take it off until you take off the ring. It would be ideal if more emphasis was placed on simple assembly and disassembly. I could only imagine that if something happened to it, how awkward it would be to remove it after a long time.

Pros
  • Dual-Action Sprayer - Two spray modes make it easy to switch from a no-spray, aerated stream to a powerful cleaning rinse.
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
