I have to admit that I purchased these as my 'second' place option and they are now the first choice. They are comfortable (come with cushion clips - and spare cushions) The drops hang perfectly and the stones mostly face forward - which is key, unless people are looking at you from the side all the time. They look a lot 'richer' in person. For the price, I think they are really nice holiday earrings, simple, not garish - just the right amount of sparkle. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase. I can't wear pierced earrings any more and once in a long time (like holidays) it would be nice to have something sparkly to wear. They will surely last this season, maybe another - they are a silver tone metal - so not long use. They are nice and light - I wore them around the house for several hours - they stayed on and didn't hurt at all. I do have short hair, so I think they show just the right amount - might get lost in longer hair - just because they are not overstated. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.
