impossible to install
No helpful instructions, no way to wire and then install into an existing ceiling mount. With the help of a confused electrician, I hung the block from a connector and pushed the wires into the base of the light fixture. Then bend the support arms down to connect the other mounting slots and reattach the ceiling mount. 3 hours of swearing, but done. Works perfectly but will never buy again.
