
This product works great with normally gooey baked goods like pasta - much better than the silicone mats that are made specifically for those treats or raisin biscuits/buns and the like. I use it with anything flour based. Beware of the mistake of using this on fish - the fat gets absorbed too deeply and needs to be removed. Otherwise, it's a brilliant way to reduce wax or parchment paper waste and save money. You can crop it. I even buy for friends.
