I needed to replace my Plantronics 478USB which had a short in the cable. I was a bit skeptical at first but the price was decent and the reviews seemed good for it. Let me tell you if you need it for call center or home phone work then it's great. The sound quality is what I've come to expect from Plantronics, and while they're about 1/3 cheaper than my old ones, they're comfortable, sturdy, and everyone can hear me just as well. The cord is a little shorter than my old headset, but only a foot.
