I bought this headset because I work on the internet and my old set broke. The sound quality is excellent and it's good value for the overall price. I just didn't realize that in my case I would have a hard time keeping the headset on my head. I don't think the headset is adjustable so be aware before you buy.

Excellent headset. Very clear, both acoustically and via the microphone. My only complaint is that the earcups are scratchy, but replacing the leather fixed that. The headband is made out of Styrofoam like a Levi that covers a hookah. Plastic and having thin hair it rubs my head but I solved it with that

Great product from Plantronics. The recording quality is excellent. I sincerely believe you can get better headphones for your money. However, I was able to get more volume out of my previous headphones than this Plantronics set. Overall I recommend this product to anyone who needs a headset that can't beat the quality for the money.

This is the easiest product to use. Plug it in and it works. Period! No drivers, fiddling with the control panel. I was on a Teams call, saw a Revain van outside, opened the box and pocketed it. Within seconds I was connected to my group call. how easy it is The cord has a tendency to curl, but that's not a design flaw to me.

This is a fantastic headset. The sound quality is excellent! It sits well on my head and is light enough to wear all day. It also has a metal strap and feels solid, not cheap plastic like many headsets. My favorite feature is the glowing red/green LEDs that indicate whether the sound is muted or not. The mute/unmute buttons are large, easy to press, and made of a nice hard plastic, not soft or rubbery. I highly recommend this headset!

I needed to replace my Plantronics 478USB which had a short in the cable. I was a bit skeptical at first but the price was decent and the reviews seemed good for it. Let me tell you if you need it for call center or home phone work then it's great.
