My OBD cable only lasted about four months before it failed and stopped powering the camera (I was able to isolate the cable as a problem through testing). I contacted Vantrue for warranty support and they said they would ship a new cable (from China). It's been five and a half weeks and the replacement cable hasn't arrived. Vantrue continues to respond to my email inquiries with "it's coming" and "it's coming as expected" even though there has been no activity regarding the tracking number for over five weeks. I recommend looking at other DVR solutions.
