I've owned my house since 2006 and had to replace both sets of sliding doors with other handles that were a bit cheaper but they kept cracking and breaking after about a year and the latch mechanism never seated properly. Well, with these pens, everything has changed! Installation was perfect (but remember you may have to unscrew and flip the inside handle (with the latch lever) depending on the direction of your door and where the holes are) and it was an easy install by one person who was about 10 minutes lasted.
