I like that they have different levels to choose from with their packages so you can find something perfect fit your needs at an affordable cost! The only thing i dislike about them was when we had issues it took forever before our rep would respond which caused us problems in getting things fixed or solved properly because he/she did not answer right away (which could be days). They are very helpful but slow sometimes if there's too much work going through all reps together - especially during peak hours. Their services works perfectly fine without any complaints whatsoever and has saved me thousands over my time spent doing this myself by contacting other companies who charge more money than what SF charges per month!! We use theirs mainly just solely online via website chats since its free unlike others where some require monthly subscription fee depending upon how many tickets / requests etc received within one day period while ours doesn't even come close near those limits ever.
