Components are SUPER cheap. I bet it costs less than $1 to make. So for $13 it's a poor value. For example, a screwdriver is included in the kit but is made of such cheap and soft metal that it slips every other turn and is virtually useless (see photo of the worn tip). So you MUST use your own standard quality crosshead for this to work. Still, the kit works (it's just rubber and metal clamps, after all) and seems like the cheapest fix for a broken office chair. there, so I feel like I should give it 3 stars just because it "is there"; I could give it 4 stars another day.
