Quality Issue But Responsive Customer Service

We've enjoyed this blanket but sadly after 10 weeks of use it started to come apart along one seam. It was beyond the Revain return window so I wrote Redcamp directly and before I even had a reply a new one arrived at our door. Wow, I'm impressed with the customer service and commitment to make things right. We're hoping this one doesn't have the same issue, but grateful for the responsiveness of the Redcamp service team. Thanks!
