This product would have received 5+ stars from me if the design had been better thought out. Excellent hold. after training for Cirque Du Soleil for an hour - in full crookedness. 2 things would make this a dream product, not a nightmare. 1. Mount the corner plate about 1" closer to the outside of the truck to allow the camper stands to stand freely when the camper is mounted on the truck. 2. By turning the screws (and no, I couldn't do this adjustment myself due to the design) on the clamp part so I don't have to twist my arms, hands and fingers into impossible positions to get it working. We almost returned it for these two reasons. In fact, I still encourage my husband to do just that. He struggles with what they think is so awesome. I really wish the company would just fix the flaws in the design.
