The most important thing I like about this program, it's that you don't need to install any other programs or plugins in order to use them because they are already integrated with Google Drive (and Dropbox). It also has an easy interface so anyone who knows how computers work will be able to set up everything without problems. There isn't anything bad at all; however there could have been more options when creating new flows/tasks since some of these ones were not very useful but we got what was needed from those which did exist. We're solving our main problem right now by using this system instead of having paper documents everywhere.
