Well done and works great!

Very glad I ordered this. After watching a ton of YouTube videos on how to pull out glue, I figured I could put some dents on my Audi Q5. The quality of this kit is impressive, as are the results. I'm still finishing the last chime, which was a fairly rough dent right at the ridge line on the bottom edge of the door. There is no access to the back so I had to pull. It's almost done and I'm absolutely amazed at how it's progressing. (Sorry, I didn't take any photos before I started.) There's a wide variety of glues in this kit and the ones I've used so far have been great. I'm not sure what the reviewers complaining about breaking on the first press or second are doing, but I suspect it's more of an operator than a tool. There are plenty of expert tips and tutorials on YouTube so make sure you have a good grasp of the technique, take your time and pay attention to how the dent moves as you work. The only thing I noticed is that the kit instructions say to leave the tab 6-8 minutes before pulling. Judging by my research, it's too long. let cool until it's no longer sticky, then pull. It's better to do 3 or 4 easy snatches than one mega snatch. The slide hammer is strong and well weighted, and the dent lifter is solid too, although I mostly used the slide hammer. I tightened the screws on the legs of the dent tool so that there was a little resistance, which made it a bit easier to position. The set was packaged well and the carrying case is a nice touch to keep everything together. The only thing missing from the instructions was the difference between clear and black glue sticks. A small study found that clear gave more traction and black gave less aggressive traction. The glue gun is actually pretty good. I already had a cordless hot glue gun, so I wasn't really bothered that the hot glue gun was junk, but I was actually quite surprised. It's fairly light so you'll have to make sure you place it where it's stable, but it's a lot stronger than the cheap glue guns I've had in the past. This meant I could load the clear glue into my cordless glue gun and the black into the gun that came with it, so I could use both. Very glad I bought this kit. Once you get comfortable with the process, it will come in handy for all those future dents.
