I liked that it was easy enough for me as an amateur user without too much training or instruction needed from my end. It's very intuitive once you get used to using it in general. The software has been able to track our sales pretty well so far but there are some things we'd like changed when they're available (like better reporting). We've also found there is no native integration between their system and Quickbooks which can be annoying sometimes since most companies use QB anyway. Try demo first before signing up! Also make sure to do plenty of research beforehand because not all systems have everything you need out-of-the box. Our store needs something more than what other vendors provide since many don't even include barcode scanners at time of purchase. They help us keep records and easily access them by scanning QR codes.
