Review on 💧 Watts Premier WP531411 RO Pure Filtration System by Josh Allen

Like other reviewers here, I have some issues with this system. This is my 2nd system (1st system was fine) and after the first 6 months the 2nd unit's faucet leaked every time we used it. The general contractor had their plumber install the system (we completely remodeled the kitchen), so we thought, okay, maybe the plumber got it wrong. We hired another licensed master plumber this week to double check. He came without haste, looked at everything and said that everything was installed perfectly. He believes that the device itself (faucet) has deteriorated and asked me to call the warranty service. Here Watt gets 1 star. I've called every day for the past week and have been on call for over an hour each time. every time Actually I'm on hold while I write this review. I left a message for the operator to call their engineering/warranty/customs department - also no. At that point, we'll probably just rip the entire system apart and replace it with another brand. Time is money and after being on standby for over 5 hours it just isn't worth my time. Buyer Warning.
