Almost completely waterproof

Nice apron, colors as in the picture. I don't know what kind of fabric that is. Is it light and not stiff at all, and is it almost plastic coated? I washed a lot of dishes after preparing for Thanksgiving dinner and my shirt stayed dry, the liquid just wiped off. The ties are long enough for me to tie. I wear a 3x shirt. The neck strap is adjustable.
