Review on Virtual Benefits Administrator by Matthew Burnett

I like that it is easy to use - no training required! It makes creating plans so much easier than other software available in our office (or even outside of work). The interface could be improved by allowing more customization options when editing benefits statements or designating eligibility periods/dates; however this has not been something we have encountered yet since starting with virtual bens admin last year. We are using vba primarily because there was nothing else out at all compared to what they had previously used which allowed us many features but made administering them difficult due its lack of usability overall.
