I like that with virtual benefits administrator you can get all your information in one place to save time when dealing directly w/ insurance companies (and other third party vendors). It is not very intuitive at this point but we are working through it so far! I love that it's so easy to use! It allows me access from anywhere with internet connection which is great since i'm out of town often at work or traveling all over state side in my job position!! Also being able to do things like change insurance carriers without having someone physically present sometimes takes awhile but overall its been good experience working here because they have such helpful employees who are always willing help you when needed.
