Excellent customer service!

These guys are awesome. I left a message on dragino.com and they responded very quickly and answered all my questions and helped me through the process. I had problems with dragino with esp32. You direct me to the standard receiver sketch in the Sandeep Arduino Lora library. Went like clockwork!
