This HOA protein supplement is amazing! The powder is definitely high quality and the taste is top notch. When I opened the bag I found the protein powder was very fine and clear with no signs of clumping. Another thing I quickly noticed was that the scoop was large, which shows me that the advertised 30g per serving is correct. It's packed with 25g of protein and at 30g per serving you know you're getting mostly quality protein. This product also contains probiotics and digestive enzymes, which are essential for proper protein breakdown and absorption after a strenuous workout. After a workout, whey isolate is the most effective type of protein as the body absorbs it much faster, and that's what this product contains. It's naturally sweetened with French vanilla, stevia and monk fruit extract, which are naturally sourced and a healthier sweetener option than sucralose. It mixes well in my shaker with no lumps or residue and tastes fantastic overall. Definitely one of the easiest post-workout foods to drink. This product doesn't make me bloated or upset my stomach. I am very satisfied with the effectiveness and the taste of this product. However, I feel like it's a higher price tag at $59 per bag, which is a bit high, but the trade-off is that it's a very premium material. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality post workout shake. If it wasn't so expensive I would keep buying it. Overall it deserves all 5 stars.
