I like that. Someone recommended on YouTube channel. I had heard of this type of product before but figured it might not be that great. I used aluminum foil to line the pans for everything! We use and spend a lot. These silicone mats are game changers! I use them the same way as foil. I put pans on pans to roast vegetables, roast potatoes, or cook anything else in the oven. Then simply rinse them or use a soft sponge and clean them lightly. And I mean simply. Then I put them on a kitchen towel to dry overnight and in the morning they are dry. It's so easy and great to have. I really recommend them to anyone who uses an oven.
