this is amazing. I haven't had a single problem with stuck food, undercooked food, or anything else. That would have saved me a lot of disappointments in the past. They do what they promise and I highly recommend them.

They're great for baking anything but if you're trying to brown something I wouldn't recommend it. I only gave them four stars because I just feel like they're never *clean* no matter how I wash them, but I'm sure a dishwasher will solve that problem (it's a luxury in Chicago apartments ).

They do their job. But they started to discolor even when sitting on a Breville baking sheet with a maximum convection of 450. Not from the roast. They are also much more difficult to clean than any other silicone we have. Even after various cleaning methods, they still look greasy. Other silicone sheets we have seem clean and dry after cleaning but not this one.

I bought these silicone mats to reduce the amount of parchment paper I use when baking. Mats must be thoroughly cleaned and preheated in the oven before first use; otherwise they give off a terrible stench. Carpets need to be cleaned after each use and are not easy to clean. Things stick to them and don't want to come loose. It was easier to use parchment paper as I could throw it away after use.

I want to minimize unnecessary waste as much as possible and was looking to get new carpets (I've used them before and loved them). You are absolutely perfect! They are incredibly easy to care for, thick and durable. They will definitely help extend the life of beloved kitchen towels and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering buying them.

One of the hams mentioned in Cwops uses a silicone baking mat to stabilize his spatula. In this set there is a small mat that fits my manipulator. This prevented ANY movement while using the paddle. If you have multiple keys and paddles, large mats provide enough room for at least three. It stabilizes even very light paddles like the Norcal. The mats provide grip on both the key and the table as both the top and bottom are silicone coated.

I like that. Someone recommended on YouTube channel. I had heard of this type of product before but figured it might not be that great. I used aluminum foil to line the pans for everything! We use and spend a lot. These silicone mats are game changers! I use them the same way as foil. I put pans on pans to roast vegetables, roast potatoes, or cook anything else in the oven. Then simply rinse them or use a soft sponge and clean them lightly. And I mean simply. Then I put them on a kitchen towel…
