A baking mat keeps the manipulator paddle from moving
One of the hams in Cwops mentioned using a silicone baking mat to steady his key spatula. In this set there is a small mat that fits my manipulator. This prevented ANY movement while using the paddle. If you have multiple keys and paddles, large mats provide enough room for at least three. It stabilizes even very light paddles like the Norcal. The mats provide grip on both the key and the table as both the top and bottom are silicone coated.
