These stockings are EXACTLY as pictured. Stopped just below the buttocks, I'm 65 inches tall. They have a non-slip coating on the top of the stockings to prevent them from falling off, which is much appreciated. I have large hips, about a size 8 for women. These are definitely excellent quality compression stockings. I stress tested them and they held up. Will wear them on my feet for a long time in the hospital as a nurse. Compression stockings are never pretty, so I know this is the real deal. Patients always ask me to take them off, but their goal is to improve venous return. I'm sure they will do what they say and I feel I made a very good purchase. I recommend these stockings to everyone. I'll be back for an update once I wear them for a while to see if they hold up in the NICU.
