I bought this blender to make soap as several reviewers mentioned using it for that purpose. About a minute into mixing I started noticing that the speed of the motor seemed to change and after about 3 minutes it stopped completely. I tried to cool it down but it won't turn on. It doesn't smell burnt or anything, and it never smoked or anything. It just didn't work anymore. Unfortunately, I started using it outside of the return window, so I guess I was just unlucky. I have contacted Chefman regarding the product as it is still under warranty. I received an immediate response apologizing for the product and guaranteeing they would replace it. Fast forward a month, total silence. I tried to contact them twice for a replacement and was completely ignored. I was willing to edit my review if it gets replaced, but at this point I'm disgusted.
