Review on Fluval C2 Replacement Poly Foam Pad - 3-Pack by Chelsea Mendoza

I purchased two boxes of three packs of replacement foam pads for my child's Fluval C2 5 Stage Filter System (along with other grooming items). The entire filtration system is top notch. HOWEVER, CHECK THE PACKAGING TO MAKE SURE IT CONTAINS THREE PADS! Both the box and description state it was a 3 pack, but BOTH boxes only contained 2 pods. It was more than enough for third place. I find it very odd that both would be short pads. It seems unbelievable in terms of packaging errors, but I think it's possible. Revain sent me another box, no problem. This is the first time I have had an issue with a Revain product and I am truly amazed at the customer service. I didn't have to send 6 emails and get useless auto replies or call and play the lottery, explain my story 9 times then hang up etc. The rep called me and just sorted it out within 3 minutes. You don't hear that anymore these days. I'm very happy with my experience, however I only gave 4 stars due to the quantity issue.
