I have never had an issue that isn't solved immediately by one of their friendly reps in less than 24 hrs time frame usually within 2-3 business days!! There really couldn’t be anything better about this particular organization other then they actually care for your needs/concerns (even those you may not know it yourself). Their overall pricing structure makes them very competitive when compared against similar companies offering same products but at higher rates as well. It has been extremely easy managing all my domains through imperial registries because everything can now easily managed from 1 platform which was previously difficult due to multiple accounts being required across different platforms such as godaddy etc..
