I like how easy it is to transfer domains, manage multiple domain names and create backups of your website files. Also, it's great that you can set up autoresponders and email forward-to options so that you don't have to worry about sending emails from another address. The best thing about this service is that it comes at an affordable price, so I am able to register my domains without any problems. One of the downsides is that they do not have email forwarding set up for their customers. It would be nice if you could forward your e-mails through them instead of having to use another provider (like Google). They're also very helpful in finding new nameservers when needed.
