I replaced my Sleep Number pump with these. I like the wireless remote versus the wired Sleep Number remote. I also hope it lasts longer. Installation was easier than expected, but that's because of the excellent customer service. The technician called me as soon as I emailed with a question. He also gave me a number for further questions. He was very helpful. The pump is much smaller and much quieter than the one I replaced. Installation was a bit tricky but the technician guided me through the process and when I followed his instructions everything worked as promised. As other reviewers point out, in most cases you'll have to cut off the tubing attached to your old pump. So there is no going back if you don't like this product. But he is very calm. And hold the pressure. Adjusting the pressure is a little tricky (although I remember doing it with the Sleep Number remote as well). It measures the pressure in increments of 5. I can't remember if that was the case with the Sleep Number remote. The LCD display failed early and I couldn't see the reading for a while. What's really nice about this controller is the memory setup. I was able to adjust the pressure and then try a lower pressure (which turned out to be a mistake). All I had to do was press memory and it reverted to its original pressure. Again, I'm only seeing 30 vs 25, so I'm not sure if smaller increments reset (I can still make minor adjustments if needed). But he showed himself to me. I think I finally have a practical setup. But customer service is the main reason I support this product. It's rare to find a tech service that is so helpful and approachable (AND who speaks unaccented English). I hope it stays that way. And I hope this product lasts. The technician told me they have customers who have been using the pump and remote for over 10 years with no problems. hope it's true At the moment I'm giving them 3/4 stars because I would have preferred to have instructions or videos when I received the product.
